Refund policy

All MayaCore pieces are made to order, custom-built specifically for each customer. Because of this, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

 

We want you to love your piece, so we allow one complimentary edit to your order (such as color, finish, or minor design details) within 2 weeks of the order date. Edit requests made after this window, or after production has started, may not be possible.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
